The Junior Pathway at 13th Beach provides a clear and supported entry into the game for young people aged under 31. Whether you’re new to golf or looking to take the next step, our Academy programs, coaching pathways and membership categories give juniors the opportunity to learn, develop and enjoy the game at every stage.
The Rookie Programs are the ideal starting point for newer golfers. These sessions introduce the core fundamentals in a relaxed, enjoyable environment while building the foundation required to progress into the Silver level.

The Gold Program is the final step in the coaching pathway for juniors up to 18 years of age. It is suited to players who have demonstrated strong application, a higher skill level and readiness for the golf course.
With coaching foundations established, many juniors choose to join the Club as full members. Junior Membership at 13th Beach includes complete access to both championship courses, the practice facilities and the Academy.
The Australian Golf Foundation (AGF) Girls Scholarship Program at 13th Beach Golf Links provides a welcoming, supportive pathway into the game for young girls. With expert coaching from PGA Professional Anthony Bergin, scholarship recipients enjoy a well-rounded year of learning and confidence-building.
Supported by the AGF and generous benefactors, the program offers 24 coaching sessions and 18 months of Junior membership, giving girls the opportunity to gain a handicap, play in club competitions, and form lasting friendships.
Thirteenth Beach proudly supports a thriving Junior Membership pathway across five age categories. All junior categories include full seven day playing rights across all courses. Junior members are not required to purchase a share, offering a pathway to long term membership and share ownership when the time is right.
